Grove Hill Hotel is located in the north-east London suburb of South Woodford, with excellent connections to the attractions of the city centre as well as being just walking distance from the shops, restaurants and bars on the local high street.

While there is not a huge range of sights in the surrounding area, the nearby Epping Forest, London's largest open space, is well worth a day's exploration. The ancient woodland and former royal forest is less than a ten minute walk from the Grove Hill Hotel.

Central London is just a 20 minute journey, ensuring that the sights and sounds of the city are within easy reach.

Nearest tube station:

The closest tube station to Grove Hill Hotel is South Woodford on the Central Line, which is less than a ten minute walk. Trains heading towards Central London reach Liverpool Street Station in 20 minutes and Oxford Circus in half an hour, while access to the city's other lines is very easy.

From the airport:

Reaching Grove Hill Hotel from Heathrow Airport takes around an hour-and-a-half. After leaving arrivals, take a train towards London Paddington where you should alight and board a Bakerloo Line train southbound, getting off at Oxford Circus. From here, you can take an eastbound train on the Central Line all the way to South Woodford.

For those arriving at Gatwick Airport, the journey is slightly shorter, taking just one hour, 20 minutes. Board a train bound to London Bridge, where you should change on to the Jubilee Line, taking an eastbound train to Stratford. From here, jump on a Central Line eastbound train to South Woodford.
